I am a Senior UI/UX designer that specializes in video game interfaces, and I have been working in the game industry since 2013 with over 9 shipped titles. In addition to game UI development, I also have a background in graphic and web design, non-game app UI, and marketing art.
When it comes to UI, I am a key player in every aspect, from UX development/conception, creating gorgeous pixel-perfect UI artwork, and implementing prefabs and creating animations in the game engine. Quick to learn, I am always willing to try new things and grow as a developer.
Over the years, I've grown to be especially skilled at knowing how to identify and create efficient workflows involving different departments. Creating documentation, leading kickoff meetings, and acting as stakeholder for features gives me great satisfaction, and I pride myself on being a team leader that helps organize and improve communication across disciplines.
My latest passion is in mentoring, teaching, and management, and I am especially excited to participate in helping make the game industry a better place via diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Outside of work, my personal interests include traveling, my kitty cat, vinyl toys and collectible figures, horror and sci-fi games (especially FPS), and any and every possible thing that counts as a dessert.
